 Hoop Masters Basketball Academy Sign UpHMBA REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS 2009-2010 Our new registration forms are available. We are still putting together new content on some of our programs and our site is in need of reconstruction, so for that we apologize for the confusion and delay. Here is what you do next. Download and print the 4 forms below. Fill out the forms as best you can, check our calendar for the next workout and then call (310-857-6400) or email us (info@hoopmasters.org) you are going to come to the gym for a trial session. Be sure to indicate which night you are planning to attend. If you have questions, you can include those in the voice mail or email and we will respond. Questions about teams and how many nights to attend, etc, we can address when you get to the gym as well. (Sometimes it helps to see the program in session first.) 1.
